Inspection of Goods Upon Delivery
You are advised to check, inspect, and examine your items upon delivery. Our rider will assist you in this process. You are entitled to reject items that you deem unacceptable by giving a reason to our rider. CARZO reserve the right to approve or disapprove your request and our decision is final.

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your receiving, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/ uneaten and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To provide a picture or video of the goods (that you wish to refund or return) if not an on-site inspection and send to Carzo mainline +60 10 367 7725.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted with a grace period within 3 days of delivery – Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing/missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Please take note that if you are too attentive to small details and cannot take minor imperfection. If the item will or appear to have a minor blemish, bruise, scar on the skin (outer part of fruits and vegetables) of perishable goods that are is natural phenomena due to ripening, picking, packing process of natural human labor. Hope for your kind understanding of some minor and intentional imperfections of fresh/ perishable goods.
