Cara memasak Siakap Goreng Kukus:

  1. Cuci isi ikan siakap dan sawi bok choy.
  2. Celur sawi bok choy dengan air panas, goreng ikan siakap sehingga masak, panaskan Tumisan Kukus.
  3. Hidangkan sawi bok choy dan siakap goreng di atas pinggan. Tuangkan Tumisan Kukus yang telah dipanaskan di atasnya.

 

Steam Sauce Fry Siakap cooking step:

  1. Wash clean fillet siakap and bok choy.
  2. Blanch the bok choy with hot water, fry fillet siakap till well done, heat packet Steam Sauce.
  3. Place the bok choy and cooked siakap on plate, pour heated Steam Sauce on top.
