Resepi Tom Yum Soup. Panaskan minyak dalam periuk. Tumis bawang putih hingga wangi dan perang. Masukkan ayam, kacau sekejap dan tutup periuk sebentar (supaya jus ayam keluar). Masukkan air dan biarkan mendidih. Setelah itu masukkan serai, bawang besar dan daun limau. Masukkan cili padi, pes tom yam, garam serta perasa. Kemudian masukkan sayur-sayuran dan biarkan sekejap. Akhir skali, masukkan jus limau, kacau sekejap dan matikan api.

  1. TIPS: Tom yam yang enak, ada sedikit rasa pedas, masam dan wangi dari aroma daun limau.

 

Tom Yum soup receipe. Slice up the lemongrass, galangal, tomatoes, chilies, mushrooms, and shrimp. Boil about half a medium sauce pot of water. When the water is boiling, add the sliced galangal, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves and Tom Yum Paste. Boil for about 5 minutes and then add the shrimp. Boil for another 5 minutes and add the sliced Thai chilies and the mushrooms. Boil for 2 minutes and add the chopped tomatoes. Add a few squirts of fish sauce, about 1 teaspoon to start with (and you can add more if needed).
