CARA MEMASAK:
- Rebus cili kering. Bila sudah masak kisar bersama bawang besar dan bawang putih
- Goreng hingga wangi. Perisakan dengan garam dan gula.
- Bila semua sudah disediakn. Letakkan mi di dalam mangkuk. Letakkan sambal, ayam cincang, telur setengah masak, taugeh, daun bawang & bawang goreng.

Pan Mee Soup:
To assemble a bowl ofĀ Pan Mee, bring someĀ soupĀ to boil in another sauceĀ panĀ and add some mani cai into theĀ soup. Add a dash or two of white pepper. In a serving bowl, add a portion of theĀ noodlesĀ and then pour theĀ soupĀ and mani cai into the bowl. Add the ground pork and mushroom topping and the fried anchovies.
Chili Pan Mee:
Boil pan mee noodles until cooked. To assemble chilli pan mee, place wheat noodles in a bowl with someĀ fried anchovies, minced meat, chilli topping, choy sum and poached egg. Garnish with spring onions and fried shallots.
